My Story

I have just recently launched Black Creek House, a real and official business and just like you are pursuing Big Dreams while managing everything else in between!
The name Black Creek House comes from a tiny hamlet called “Black Creek’ which water flows into the Niagara River on the Canadian side – the logo reflects a beloved log cabin I called home for several years near the Niagara River on the USA side!
Coming from the corporate world and with experience in the home décor industry as well retail and showroom display, celebration décor, and transforming homes both new and old in Canada and the USA.
I have noticed that people hosting celebration events have an idea and feeling of “what” they want and yet struggle with the “how” to do it and “where” to source items that will achieve a personal and unique look while not overpaying paying for tired looks and themes.
Black Creek House is designed to be different and with you in mind – we will translate your vision and make it happen – we will work with you until we get it right – our process is fun, easy, affordable, and full of options and transparency.
